How long does it take to create an Event Video?
We are always happy to be asked if we can cover an event at short notice, but the usual turnaround time is around a month. We’re highly adaptable and will always try to find a solution which fits with your timescale and needs.
How much does an Event Video cost?
It depends on the scale of the event and what you want to do with the footage. For example, an award ceremony will typically require more crew than a conference, because reaction shots in the crowd are essential.
Add ons like social media bite-sized clips, adverts for next year’s event etc. will also increase the package price, but offer a cost-effective way to maximise the event.

Ensuring the sound is well covered is paramount for live events – especially when there are large, noisy crowds to deal with. Our sound technicians always spend extra time ensuring everything is perfect beforehand – we can’t interrupt the flow of a speaker or performance by asking to adjust the mic!

I like to think I help bring extra value to clients by having two specialisms. Once I’m happy that we have captured all the audio required, I enjoy utilising my pilot’s licence to get some drone shots close to the action or to give a unique perspective.
